    Ms Juanita Mega, General Manager of Service Quality Centre, is a visionary leader who believes in empowering individuals through high-quality and personalised learning experiences. She has played a pivotal role in driving organisations towards market leadership by navigating complex business challenges at the intersection of technology, workplace culture, and organisational transformation.


    Mr Luke Tay, founder of Cornucopia FutureScapes, is a Singapore-based futurist and strategist. He consults on emerging opportunities in food systems transformation, corporate strategies, and foresight leadership. He has developed scenarios for global geopolitics, authored book chapters, and serves in professional futurist associations, including World Futures Studies Federation.


    Dr. Christopher Goh is an accomplished Adult Educator with more than 19 years of experience in training corporate professionals, facilitation, coaching and consulting focusing on risk, sustainability, governance and compliance with an experimental mindset of developing and delivering top quality training programmes in Africa, Russia, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.


    Mr Derek Ariss is the Head of Innovation Education at Lightbulb Capital. His area of expertise lies in fostering adaptability, change, creativity, design thinking, technology, culture, and mindset conducive to innovation. He has a proven track record of designing processes to deliver improved products and systems, nurturing a culture of innovation and growth in Asia for more than 19 years.


    Ms Eva Chua, Head of Corporate Learning and Product Development in Service Quality Centre, is an experienced facilitator, curriculum developer and consultant with over 15 years’ experience in designing and developing contextualized programmes for various organisations in retail, hospitality, early childhood, aviation, and public sectors. She is also a certified DiSC© and MBTI Trainer.


    Mr Kung Teong Wah, the General Manager of Parkroyal Collection Pickering, has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, holding pivotal roles in Cambodia, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore. Through his strategic vision of creating eco-luxury guest experiences by enhancing sustainable practices and prioritising people, processes, and technology, the businesses he leads are often propelled to excellence.
